You provide us with the clear title commitment and proof of insurance and we are ready to close. It is that easy.

Does the borrower have to personally guarantee the mortgage?

No Hard Money Mortgages LLC does not make the borrower personally guarantee the mortgage.

Does the Borrower need to hold the property in a Corp. or LLC?

No the borrow can hold the property personally, but it must be NON OWNER OCCUPIED - Investment Property.
